What is the validity of my gift voucher? Can it be extended? What happens if the government decides another lockdown and I can’t organise a dinner?
All La Belle Assiette gift vouchers have a validity period of 12 months from the date of issuance. This is a comfortable period of time for the gift holders to plan a gourmet event. Moreover, La Belle Assiette has been very flexible to reschedule events within the set limit at no additional costs everytime these events could not go ahead because of the government-led social distancing measures.

What is the menu offered? How does it compare to regular menu offering on the website?
The menu offered for our gift packages is a bespoke 4 course menu. Each course is designed directly with the Chef and recipient to ensure all dietary requirements and preferences are met perfectly!

Can I choose the chef?
Unfortunately it is not possible to select a particular Chef for our gift packages, however if you do have a preference in cuisine then please let us know and we will try our best to source a Chef who specialises in this to cook for you!

Can we add some Children Menu to the gift?
Yes of course, you will be able to add on children’s menus, as well as other additional courses, when your gift is redeemed and the event is confirmed. Please let us know if you would like to do this.

Is it possible to add a guest after?
Yes of course, if you would like to add any additional guests, please just let us know and we can send you a booking link to confirm.

I don’t find any chef at my location can I buy a gift anyway?
Yes you can purchase a gift even if you do not find a Chef available. Our Chef’s update their availability regularly, so we will most likely be able to find a Chef to cater for you on your chosen date.

How can I be sure that home cooking classes are available in my city?
Home cooking classes are available in every city across the country! We have Chefs offering this service nation-wide, so you can be sure this service is available to you locally.

Can I use my gift voucher for two separate occasions?
Gift vouchers correspond to a memorable culinary experience for a specific number of people. Therefore they cannot be separated into two different events.
